Extravel Terms & Conditions

Payments & Deposit
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30 percent is required in order to confirm the booking. The remaining amount of the booking is due 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the check in date. For reservations made, which are within 42 days of the arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation outside 30 days will result in a loss of deposit.  Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival date will result in no refund, this being the full 100 percent of payments made to Extravel. Please note that during holidays such as Christmas and Easter, the cancellation policy is subject to change.

Method of Payment
Payments are processed with Visa Cards, Master Cards, American Express Cards and Diner Club Cards. Payments can also be paid directly into Extravel's account.
However, all payment must be made in full and free of any bank charges.

Health & Visa Requirements
It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide his/her own vaccinations and to meet passport and visa requirements.

Insurance
Travelers are encouraged to ensure against personal accident, medical expenses, loss of property, cancellation and curtailment as the booking will be subject to cancellation penalties as stipulated above.

Air tickets
The air fare and airport tax quoted are current and are subject to change without prior warning should the airline impose an increase in rates for any reason. Should the fare quoted not be available at the time of booking the next applicable fare will be booked and amended costs advised accordingly. Please note that fares may increase between time of booking, time of payment and the ticket being issued.
Extravel cannot be held responsible should airlines discontinue flights on certain routings or change scheduled timetables resulting in missed connections. Should an amendment in routing or itinerary be necessary, any additional costs incurred will not be borne by Extravel.
