We have two lodges here at Ulusaba. One is perched high on the summit of a koppie (rocky hill) and we call it Rock Lodge. It is here where you will find spectacular panoramic views over miles of bush, the wildlife roaming within, and the beauty of the lowveld (bushy grassland plain) below, all set against a backdrop of the Drakensberg Mountain range far in the distance.

Rock Lodge is the epitome of luxury safari accommodation in South Africa. As Ulusaba is a Private Game Reserve the service, facilities and suites are all excellent.

Choosing Rock Lodge as your base during your safari in South Africa will not only mean you'll be receiving first class treatment but you will also be entitled to access to the many facilities and activities offered by the safari lodge. When you're not being kept busy by a walking safari or a game drive you could indulge in an aroma therapy beauty treatment or thrash it out in the fully equipped gymnasium.

Health & Beauty Spa
After an exhilarating day's game viewing, relax at the Aroma Boma beauty treatment centre and let the qualified beautician and therapists pamper you. The carefully chosen treatments will help to relax and soothe every part of your body. Options include a hydrodermie facial which uses galvanic and high frequency current to deep cleanse and hydrate the deep layers of the skin and speed up cellular regeneration. A liftosome facial uses a high concentration of vitamin C and proteins to strengthen elasticity and firmness whilst stimulating cellular regeneration. The resident beautician also offers aromatherapy massages, manicures, pedicures and waxing.

A chiropractor focuses on restoring the body's muscular-skeletal system to a natural stress free state, effectively relieving aches and pains, muscle tension, headaches, neck pain, lower back pain and referred pain syndromes.
